Luton Town midfielder Adam Watkins has been selected in Paul Fairclough's England C squad that will face Italy in their opening International Challenge Trophy on February 28 at Fleetwood's Highbury Stadium (7.45pm).
The 20-year-old won his first cap for the Three Lions in last year's defeat to Gibraltar.
It will be third time lucky for Fairclough’s side with England having finished runners-up to Belgium and Portugal across the last two tournaments.
