Businesses and schools across Bedfordshire have taken part in one of the biggest coffee mornings to help raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The official Macmillan Coffee Morning was held today (25 September) to sell cakes, biscuits, savouries and other treats to raise money for the charity.
Macmillan Cancer Support offers help and advice to those who have been diagnosed with cancer. Millions of supporters, volunteers, health professionals and those affected by cancer make up Macmillan to support those diagnosed with cancer.
The charity also supports carers, families and communities and helps fund nurse, specialist health care professionals and build cancer care centres.
The coffee mornings are ideal to grab a slice of something delicious over a cup of tea, all for a good cause.
Have you held a Macmillan Coffee Morning today? We’d love to see your pictures and hear about how much money you’ve raised for charity.
