​​The Great British Bake Off final: Will Luton’s Nadiya Hussain win in the Bake Off tent?

Luton-born Nadiya Hussain will join Tamal Ray and Ian Cumming for The Great British Bake Off final tonight.

Over the last 27 challenges the bakers have taken on everything from cakes, bread, pastry, pies and chocolate. They’ve taken on recipes from the Victorian era, made gluten free breads, constructed great feats of biscuit architecture and now face their final three challenges.

The final signature challenge sees the bakers take on enriched dough to create delicious filled iced buns.

The technical challenges the bakers to conquer something they have previously struggled with and, for the show stopper, they must make a perfect British cake.

Judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood will expect nothing short of perfection, but who will be crowned winner of The Great British Bake Off 2015?

The Great British Bake Off will broadcast tonight (7th October) on BBC One at 8pm.
